Identify started out in 2013 under the name Web Direct.
After a few small “3 page” websites, Web Direct attracted its biggest client so far and was commissioned to develop an e-commerce website for a local lock and key centre (Multi Point Locks).
The Identify journey officially began, taking on any work we could get our hands on (albeit sharing an office with one of our customers!)
Our first big WordPress website win and a system build that cost us more in travel to Brighton and back than the project price…
The Identify team move to a bigger office, build our first app, become a white label partner to other digital agencies, and deliver over 33 projects…
Our biggest system project win yet in a joint project with Renewi/Wakefield Council, the launch of our mailer building service.
