The
Brief

The Brief image

With this being Pulse Hire’s first website we needed to make a statement as they wanted it to be able to compete with the industries most established. It was key to Pulse that we showcased the range of products they offered in a user friendly way.

Through a process of discovery, we were able to design and develop a new website that allowed Pulse Hire to display their range online and also offer credit account and enquiry forms.

The Results

How could this help improve your business?

In the first week a large portion of the enquiries came from existing customers who didn’t know about their full product range. Does your website communicate this well or is it limiting your potential?

1,500
Number of sessions in the first few weeks
36
Number of enquiries in the first month

How we achieved this

  • WordPress based product website

  • Clear product categorisation

  • Mobile responsive design ensuring accessibility on all devices

  • The ability for the team to update products from the CMS area as their range continues to expand

  • Product filters allowing users to narrow down products easily

What the client had to say

Identify have been outstanding from the word go. They understood what we were looking for and our vision and turned it into a website that we are proud to put our name to. They have helped every step of the way and nothing has been too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough.

Do I need a good Google Pagespeed score?

Hey there, couldn’t help noticing you’re using Internet Explorer

That’s great and all, and we commend you for pushing through with it. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for IE; it hasn’t received a major update since 2015 and Microsoft are dropping support for it later in the year.

If you’re using Windows 10 and want to stick with a built in browser, please consider switching to Edge. Or, if you really want to enjoy the internet properly we strongly recommend downloading Google Chrome here.
