Milford Building Supplies’ site was badly structured, with slow site speed and poor customer experience when browsing the site. Their current solution was Magento 1, which is now end-of-life. Without any security or software support, Milford’s existing site could potentially be exposed to security hacks and technical bugs that would become impossible to fix.
By designing and developing a new site for them, we knew it was a win-win. Moving onto a new platform would secure their website from a technical standpoint. A new site design would eliminate usability and structuring issues to provide a solid customer experience and an increase in conversions.
