No online booking — everything routes through a contact form
The website lists your courses clearly, but there's no way to book, check availability or get a date online. Everything goes through a contact form. For bespoke training that's often entirely appropriate — the course needs scoping before a date can be set. But for open NEBOSH and IOSH courses with fixed dates, making a prospective delegate go through a manual enquiry process adds friction that might cost you bookings.
The admin behind the scenes is the other side of it. Scheduling across multiple organisations, delegate record management, certificate tracking and NEBOSH compliance documentation — if that's all being managed manually, the overhead per course is significant for a small team.
