Managing confined space and working at height training means tracking delegate attendance, certification levels, course prerequisites, and expiry dates for each trainee. Add on-site delivery across the UK, CABWI and City & Guilds compliance records, and plant hire availability — and you're dealing with a complex operational picture that can't easily live in spreadsheets indefinitely.
