Hi Emma,
Straight up — this is outreach. I came across GSS Training while looking at UK safety passport providers running multi-location operations, and the scale of what you're doing stood out.
I put this page together so you can see what we actually looked at before getting in touch.
You've built a substantial safety training business over 20 years. CCNSG Safety Passports, SPA (Food, Petrol and Quarry), IOSH, First Aid, CIEH — delivered across Manchester, Runcorn, Bradford and Penrith. Thousands of delegates a year. A family business now in its third generation.
That's a genuine operation with real complexity underneath: multiple courses running simultaneously, trainers across different locations, delegates booking at different times, certificates that need issuing accurately and quickly.
From looking at your setup, booking appears to go through online forms and phone/email, with no evident delegate portal or automated certificate workflow. That's typical for training providers at your size — but when you're running hundreds of course sessions a year across four sites, the admin cost is real.
In similar setups, we often see: delegate records spread across inboxes and spreadsheets, certificates issued manually (and chased manually when they go missing), trainer availability managed in a shared calendar, and no easy way to pull a report on who's due for renewal.
You already have online course booking, which means delegates are used to booking digitally. A dedicated training management system would build on that — tying bookings to delegate records, automating certificate issue and renewal reminders, giving trainers a proper app and giving you full visibility on all four locations from one place.
Before we build anything, we come to you. A half-day session to map how your bookings, scheduling and certificates flow end to end, where the friction is, and what a platform built around your processes would look like. You get a visual process map, gap analysis and ballpark investment range.
If any of this sounds familiar, it's worth a quick conversation.
