Does Arlo cover everything GEM needs it to?
We noticed you're using Arlo for public course bookings — it's a solid platform and handles the core booking flow well. The reason we're asking the question is that we've worked with training providers where some of the more specific requirements tend to sit at the edges of what Arlo handles out of the box.
Things like CITB grant claim tracking built into the booking workflow, managing availability and assignments for a pool of freelance trainers across multiple venues, or having Xero billing follow the booking automatically rather than as a separate step. It may well be that GEM has this covered — but it felt worth raising.
