I'll be straight — this is a cold approach. We build bespoke job management platforms for groundworks and civil engineering contractors.
I came across Durkan while looking at groundworks contractors in Yorkshire and wanted to get in touch. I put this page together first so you can see what we actually looked at, rather than just taking my word for it.
15 years in, 200+ projects, and still growing
Durkan & Sons has been running since 2010 out of Kellington. Groundworks, civil engineering, highways, reinforced concrete, drainage and bespoke engineering solutions across Yorkshire. The website had a full rebrand in summer 2025 — updated project portfolio, new structure. That's not something a business does unless it's thinking about where it's going next.
How does coordination work across multiple live sites?
With plant, operatives and subcontractors moving between sites across Yorkshire, there's a lot to keep track of. The bit we couldn't see from the outside is how job scheduling, compliance, plant tracking and site reporting work day-to-day.
