Hi Charlie,
This is outreach — I'll be straight about that. We build bespoke training management systems for providers who've built up a serious operation and outgrown the tools they started with.
C&C Training came up when I was looking at NEBOSH and CITB providers, and the depth of what you've built — across accreditors, delivery modes, sectors — is genuinely impressive for an independent provider.
Established in 2007, you've grown to hold accreditations across NEBOSH, IOSH, CITB, UKATA, City & Guilds, IPAF, NPORS, PASMA, NUCO First Aid, CABWI, Ladder Association, Water Jetting Association and IIRSM. That's a serious portfolio — the kind that takes years and considerable effort to build and maintain.
Delivery across flexible locations, remote e-learning and on-site delivery suggests you're serving delegates and businesses across the UK rather than just a local catchment.
From the outside, I can see a well-run training business with a strong reputation. What I can't see is how delegate booking, trainer scheduling, certificate generation, CITB grant claims and compliance reporting all tie together behind the scenes. With 15+ accrediting bodies, each with their own requirements, that's a lot of moving parts.
In similar businesses at this scale, the answer is often a patchwork of spreadsheets, a generic booking system, and a lot of manual admin. It works, but it's also the thing that limits growth.
That kind of review profile tells us the training delivery is genuinely good. Our job would be to make the admin and operations side as strong as the delivery side — so the systems support the growth rather than hold it back.
We're Identify Digital — a web development agency based in Wakefield. We build bespoke training management platforms for providers who've grown beyond off-the-shelf solutions. We've built for H&S training businesses, franchise training networks and CITB-registered providers. Everything is designed around how you actually work.
If the back-end admin is something you've been thinking about, the simplest next step is a quick call.
