Something we noticed — Compliance complexity

Managing 12+ accrediting bodies is a significant administrative challenge

CITB, NEBOSH, IOSH, UKATA, First Aid, NPORS — each with their own reporting requirements, certificate formats, renewal cycles and audit trails. That's a lot of parallel compliance to track, especially when you're also managing delegate records, trainer availability and flexible venue scheduling.

From the outside we couldn't see how this gets pulled together — whether there's a central system or whether it runs across a mix of tools. Either way, at this level of accreditation complexity, it's worth asking whether the admin overhead is where you want your team spending time.

How do you manage trainer availability across flexible locations?

The website mentions flexible locations and scheduling to fit the customer — which is a real selling point. The question is how that gets coordinated internally. Matching trainer qualifications to course type, managing availability across multiple locations, and keeping certificates and compliance records current is the kind of thing that tends to generate significant admin load as course volume grows.
