Coordinating multiple sites with a field workforce is where things get complex

From the website, there's no visible job management system, client portal or field app — which is pretty normal for a contractor at this stage. In similar setups we often see scheduling and dispatch running through a combination of spreadsheets, phone calls and WhatsApp. It works, but it creates gaps: who's where, what's been completed, is compliance documentation up to date, has the client signed off?

As the project pipeline grows, those gaps tend to get harder to manage manually.
