What were the key problems to address for Beanies?

  • The new platform was hard to use, and provided limited customisation options. 

  • Even simple changes were expensive to implement, and in general the platform had high development costs. 

  • Manual and time consuming warehouse processes were holding back scalability. 

  • Selling across multiple countries with different currencies and languages weren’t supported out of the box.

A custom WooCommerce solution to give Beanies the flexibility and functionality they needed to grow and expand internationally.

  • We moved Beanies to a highly customised WooCommerce platform to allow for simple changes and expansion. 

  • A custom plugin was developed with barcode scanning and label printing to streamline the warehouse process and reduce manual labour. 

  • Integrated their existing ERP system with the WooCommerce platform to tie everything together. 

  • Multi-country & multi-currency features allow Beanies to sell in multiple countries with different currencies and languages to a global audience.
